Buddy Scarborough writes for Harvard Business Review on women in management

Buddy Scarborough, PhD candidate in sociology and research assistant at the Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy, writes “What the Data Says About Women in Management Between 1980 and 2010” in the Harvard Business Review. He finds that although women occupy more management roles than ever, there has also been an increase in gender segregation of managers. Furthermore, occupations with the most female managers also have the the largest gender wage gaps.
