William Scarborough is a PhD candidate in sociology and a research assistant at the Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy (IRRPP); Kasey Henricks is Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Tennessee; Amanda Lewis is director of IRRPP and professor of African American studies and sociology.
