Laurie Schaffner, UIC associate professor of sociology and gender and women's studies, was interviewed on KFI 640 AM's "The Bill Carroll Show" about two Los Angeles area girls who have run away from home and the troubles facing teens, particularly teen girls, that might provoke them to run away.
