Research Interests:
Tim Johnson (he/his) is a Ph. D student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Illinois Chicago. Broadly, he is interested in work and organizations, social movements, and war and peace, using historical and qualitative methods. He is currently a graduate fellow with the Listening for the Long Haul project, a collaboration between History Moves and Long Covid Justice constructing an oral history of long COVID. In 2020, he graduated summa cum laude from North Park University with a B.A. in sociology and history and was the recipient of the Ahnfeldt Medallion.
