Research interests:
Erielle is a doctoral student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her current research uses qualitative and historical methods to explore the connections between social and economic mobility, violence, and social location. Some of her previous research explored the influence of the body on gender and sexual expectations.
Prior to joining UIC Sociology, Erielle received her Bachelor of Arts in both History and Sociology from the University of Missouri.
